Prevalence of premarital sex among college students in a Manila University /

The increasing trend of premarital sex among our school youth has prompted researchers to look deeper into the problem. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of premarital sex (PMS) among college students in a Manila university. Some 1,384 students were included in this study. Characteristics of the 167 (12.1%) students who engaged in PMS were aptly described and compared with students who never had any PMS experience.
