In the serial dilution test, the results of five trials showed that the extract significantly greater fungicidal activity on Candida albicans compared to 80% ethanol as control. Meanwhile, results of the paper disc sensitivity tests in five trials showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of effectivity among the three extract concentrations.
