520 3 _aA cross-sectional analytic study was conducted to describe the organizational culture of FEU-NRMF Medical Center medical, paramedical and non-medical personnel using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument developed by Cameron and Quinn A total of 164 FEU-NRMF medical personnel were selected by stratified random sampling. Relationships of the socio-demographic characteristics with the dominant culture type of FEU-NRMF Medical Center were analyzed using ANOVA. Most of FEU-NRMF Medical Center medical, paramedical and non-medical personnel assessed their current and preferred culture type as clan culture. When the socio-demographic characteristics of the medical, paramedical and non-medical personnel were correlated with the dominant culture type, which is the clan culture, the employees' job title and length of stay were noted to be statistically significant. Conclusion, the current and preferred organizational culture of FEU-NRMF Medical Center personnel is the clan culture type characterized by a leader who is a mentor and where participation and commitment are the dominant ideas.
